I am delighted to note that the vision articulated in the first edition of this Doctoral Book of Abstracts is steadily becoming a reality. This year's graduating doctoral cohort includes distinguished professionals such as a High Court Judge and senior banking executives, demonstrating the growing reputation of Babcock Business School as a destination for transformational leadership development and advanced scholarship.
Another significant milestone is the successful registration of the Babcock Business School International Journal of Business Development and Sustainability, scheduled for official launch soon. We remain committed to maintaining our rigorous doctoral standards: every candidate publishes at least two high-impact scholarly papers in reputable outlets before the final viva voce.
